1. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. No refunds are provided.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Customers must bear the return shipping cost.
2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

In case of an incorrect or damaged item, an exchange will be provided.
3. How to Request an Exchange

Email us at info@genzpk.com with your order number, issue details, and product images.

Once approved, send the product back to our return address.

After inspection, we will process the exchange within 5-7 working days.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse.

Items purchased during sales or promotions.
5. Delivery & Shipping

We do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Delivery is available only within Pakistan.
